2025ｰ02ｰ20：We participated in the Osaka-Kansai Expo Pre-Event, "Connecting Me and the Future: Science Exhibition"!

From February 13 to 16, 2025, we exhibited at the Osaka-Kansai Expo pre-event, "Connecting Me and the Future: Science Exhibition," held at Tokyo Innovation Base in Chiyoda, Tokyo.
The event welcomed visitors of all ages, from elementary school students to adults, and we received many words of encouragement and support for our initiative on "Allergy-free Egg Products."
Attendees shared valuable feedback, such as, "It would be wonderful if we could create dishes where eggs play a central role, rather than simply avoiding them altogether," and "We would love to see packaging that clearly indicates Allergy-free Egg Products at a glance."
Additionally, we hosted a hands-on workshop titled "Unraveling the Mystery of Egg Allergies! Become a Genome Detective!" where participants experienced bioinformatics using actual research tools, allowing them to engage with Bio-DX firsthand.
We sincerely appreciate the many visitors who attended the event.
This event showcases the achievements of research projects conducted in collaboration with universities, corporations, and local governments. It will also be featured at the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025. Organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the event aims to provide an immersive experience of how science shapes the future society. Through this experience, the next generation is encouraged to recognize societal challenges as their own, take an active role, and contemplate the kind of future society they wish to create.
